ZOHO IMPLEMENTATION PARTNERS

The complete Zoho ecosystem, configured for the way your business actually works

Cogens is a Zoho-accredited implementation partner. We design, integrate, and operate the full Zoho stack — not as six separate tools, but as one execution layer.

Why the Zoho ecosystem

One integrated suite. CRM, accounting, inventory, analytics, and automation built by the same team, on the same data model. The integrations are not an afterthought — they are the product.

India-built infrastructure. Zoho runs its own data centres and writes its own software, end to end. Costs stay grounded, support stays accountable, and the roadmap is set by engineers — not by quarterly licensing math.

A serious cost-to-value ratio. A mid-size business gets enterprise capability — workflow, approvals, multi-entity reporting — without enterprise-platform contracts and the consultants those contracts require.

Why Cogens for Zoho

Systems-thinking, not module-installing. We don't sell licenses. We design the execution layer first — what flows where, what gets approved, what gets reported — and then we configure Zoho to fit that design.

India + UAE delivery. Local teams in both regions, working in your time zone, your tax regime, and your business rhythm. Implementations land where the work actually happens.

We stay past go-live. Most disconnection problems show up six months after the rollout. We operate, optimise, and extend the system long after the implementation invoice is paid.

Six products. One unified system.

ALL-IN-ONE IMPLEMENTATION

We don't install software.
We build systems.

A Zoho implementation done well is not a project — it is a system that keeps working when the team grows, the entity count doubles, and the original spreadsheets are finally retired. That is the work we sign up for.

See Our Approach
"Cogens didn't just get us onto Zoho — they restructured how Sales hands off to Finance, and how Finance closes the loop with Operations. The software was the easy part."

Common questions

A focused single-module implementation runs 4–6 weeks. A full multi-module Sales/Finance/Operations system typically takes 10–14 weeks, including data migration and stabilisation. We commit to a fixed scope after the System Audit phase, never before.
Most of our work is with businesses already on Zoho who feel the system isn't pulling its weight — modules running in isolation, reports nobody trusts, workflows people work around. We do a System Audit first to map the disconnection points before recommending any changes.
Implementation and Migration engagements are fixed-fee against a defined scope. Managed Operation is a monthly retainer sized to system complexity and team headcount. Zoho license costs are billed separately and directly by Zoho — we never mark them up.
Yes. We have migrated businesses from Tally, SAP Business One, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and a long tail of custom-built tools. The work is half data, half process redesign — we do both, and we run parallel cycles before cutover.
Zoho One is the all-employee licence covering the whole suite at one bundled price; it usually wins above ~25 users. Individual product licences are right when only a handful of departments need a given tool. We help you model both before you commit, based on your headcount and module map.
Yes — that is the Managed Operation engagement. Day-to-day admin, user support, quarterly system-health reviews, and ongoing enhancements. Most of our clients stay on Managed Operation indefinitely; the system keeps evolving with the business.
